Nature of the firm
MF Whales is a proprietary trading firm based in the United Arab Emirates. It trades its own capital, contributed by its shareholders.
The firm does not provide financial services to third parties. It does not manage, hold, or control client money. It does not accept external capital, does not operate a fund, and does not offer investment, advisory, brokerage, arranging, or custody services to any person.
Not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation, invitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, to enter into any transaction, or to participate in any investment arrangement. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

mfwhales.ae is the firm's only website, and @mfwhales.ae is its only email domain. Correspondence from any other domain is not from MF Whales.
The firm never solicits investment. It does not operate trading or investment groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or any other messaging platform. It does not request transfers to personal accounts. It does not run funded-trader programmes, evaluation challenges, profit-sharing schemes, or referral and affiliate arrangements of any kind.

MF Whales is part of the Wealth Egypt group. Each company within the group is a separate legal entity, carrying out its own activities under its own arrangements.
