The firm was founded in 2024 and operates from the United Arab Emirates. It trades a single book, funded entirely by its shareholders. There are no outside investors, no client mandates, and no third-party capital of any kind.
That structure is deliberate. A firm trading only its own money answers to its own risk limits rather than to redemption cycles, and can hold a position, or decline to take one, on the merits alone.
Two disciplines carry the firm. The first is research: forming hypotheses about market behaviour and testing them against data rigorously enough that most are discarded. The second is engineering: building the systems that take a surviving hypothesis and run it in live markets, with monitoring and controls around it.
Neither works without the other. A well-founded idea that cannot be executed reliably is not tradeable, and infrastructure without research to run on it is only overhead.
The firm is active in four markets: listed equities, fixed income, commodities, and digital assets. Trading across several asset classes is a research decision before it is a commercial one — a method that holds in more than one market is more likely to reflect something real about how markets work.
